How many grafts do I need?

I’m 23 and considering a hair transplant. What do you guys think? How many grafts will it take me to get back and where should I go?

Is this out-the-door price a good deal for a 2019 Camry SE? ($21k OTD)

I’m looking at picking up a used 2019 Toyota Camry SE from AutoNation and wanted to get a sanity check on the numbers before pulling the trigger.
Here are the vehicle details:
• Mileage: 60,468 miles
• Condition/Warranty: AutoNation Certified
The breakdown on the sheet:
• AutoNation Price: $18,395 (They claim this is $3,380 below Black Book value)
• Sales Tax (estimate): $596.67
• Electronic Filing Fee: $499.00
• Dealer Services Fee: $995.00
• Reg/Tag/Title Fee: $500.00
• Total Balance Due (OTD Estimate): $20,985.67
What do you guys think? Is $21k out-the-door a fair price for a 2019 SE with 60k miles right now or should I be pushing back on some of these back-end fees?
Appreciate any advice!

Should I settle for this amount?

Medical debt in collections for 3 years. Should I settle for this amount or let it drop in 4 years. I’m working on building my credit. Original amount is $1036 so approximately 60%

Is this NJ Dealer trying to scam me!

Hey everyone, looking for a reality check on an out-of-state deal. I’m in North Carolina and looking at a 2020 Toyota Camry SE (76k miles, former rental) at a dealership in New Jersey.
The advertised price was $16,999, which looked like a steal. I asked for an itemized Out-the-Door (OTD) breakdown
Here is the breakdown they just sent me:
• Sale Price: $16,999
• Dealer Doc Fee: $75
• Title/Filing: $95
• Temp Tag: $275 (Seems high for a 30-day paper tag?)
• PDI Fee: $1,295
• TOTAL OTD: $19,459

Is a 76k mile former rental Camry SE worth $20k in today's market? I was aiming for $18,000 OTD with the dealer. Am I being unreasonable or are they taking me for a ride with these fees?
