Physique guidance - M27 85kg 6’4”

So I used to train consistently and got to this point where I was happy with my weight and aesthetic but I’ve fallen off the ladder again and feel like my progress wasn’t worth it. For my body type/ build would can be recommended to bulk so my body actually fills out more. My shoulders are naturally broad so I’m not worried there my main focus points are my forearms and biceps I know it sounds like every gym goers “dream” but now I know I can achieve my goal in other areas I’d appreciate how I can further grow my biceps and forearms whilst also filling out my body shape.
