1：USB-heated eye mask ，43°C (109.4°F) for 20 minutes

2：After heat compress, press/massage the meibomian glands，You can find videos on YouTube showing how to do the massage.

Previously I used a hot towel, but now I've found the heated eye mask works better.

I've been lurking on Reddit for 5 years, and somehow my karma just hit -1. Can you guys help me understand how to get back to positive?
