should i ask to have it redone/fixed?

i just paid $120 for lift and i dont rly like it :( i feel like it didn't do anything and i've had lifts before so i know my lashes can have a curl but it was my first time with this tech and i wasn't sure if maybe i shouldn't have worn sunscreen/moisturizer but figured it wouldn't matter since she'd shampoo my lashes before we started. i'm debating on messaging her or just eating the loss. how should i go about this i'm leaving for vacation this weekend and i was hoping the lash lift would save me time on doing my makeup

the first two pics are what i just had done, the second two are from a previous lash lift i loved

tattoos while waiting?

does anyone know if you're not allowed to get new tattoos while waiting for ods? i got everything submitted, including my tattoo waiver form, and received my soft orders in april so i wasn't sure if that means everything has to be approved/documented on forms now if i do get a new tat. do i have to wait to get to my first duty station to have approval in the future?

next steps after soft orders/billet

does anyone know what i should do after receiving where my duty station will be/soft orders? i reached out to my recruiter to ask about the next steps, such as the oath or swearing in, but i haven't heard back and it's been a month since. do i keep trying to reach my recruiter or is my point of contact the person that contacted me with my assignment?
