What is everyone doing to retain muscle? I’m prioritizing protein but I can tell my muscles are disappearing. I don’t want to use an hgh or anything that could cause the growth or cancer cells. I don’t know if I have cancer cells in my body but I don’t want to find out the hard way. I also don’t want to rely on peps for everything. So I might be asking for something that doesn’t exist. I have PCOS and hyperthyroid so Reta for me is a long term thing but I don’t want to be skinny fat. Thanks for helpful answers
What is everyone doing to hit protein intake??
I’m not the most adventurous eater and I live in NZ so we don’t have a ton of quick options like the US and Aussie. I actually hate protein texture but I drink it as much as possible. I’m also 38 mom of 2 and wife who works full time + 🥴I am not hungry in the morning at all it seems to take an active day to work up my appetite and even then I can’t eat a ton.
