Has anybody tried resin printing molds for carbon fiber before?
I’m gonna try myself and since it’s much more detailed and doesn’t really have layer lines couldn’t I just brush on another layer of resin for safety and that be it? Any tips?
I want to make my own carbon fiber parts for an ebike like in this video. Could somebody explain or link a video on how to make molds like this based off the original parts? as I cant find any info on this specific process.
Any suggestions and tips are also appreciated
My friend looped my 3.0. I already know that the subframe, part of powdercoat, and guts is cooked.
He’s paying for all the damages so I wanna know if there’s any more extensive damages that I should look?
So I let my friend ride my 3.0. Not even 10 minutes later he calls me and tells me he looped it with another guy on the back. He’s paying for all the damages.
So far I know that the subframe, guts, control buttons, throttle and scratched up powdercoat is all cooked. None of the spokes are loose but the front wheel is like angle to the side of the forks? And spins a lil wobbly which might’ve been there before.
What else should I check to make sure it’s not broken??
