I was put on solifenacin for an overactive bladder but im on the 4th day and I pee way more and I can’t seem to have the feeling of an empty bladder????

Is peeing more frequently before ur period normal? Anyone went/going through this???

So last time I had sexual activity was more than a year ago and I never felt any symptoms. Now I feel mild burning when urinating and mild itchiness near the vulva. Does this have anything to do with STI’s?
ChatGPT told me that it’s unlikely an sti as it shouldn’t suddenly appear after a year unless triggered again and if the infection is silent, it shall stay silent

I know you’ll tell me to go get a test but I live in a very strict country where this is taboo and it’s not easy😫
