So frustrated

My OB/GYN clinic literally sent my test results to someone else's phone number. This is highly sensitive personal information, and they didn't even bother to apologize. Like, do they know how to do anything right?
Anyway, the results came back negative again. I really thought a cervical swab would finally show something different this time, so I'm deeply disappointed and discouraged.
Because the results are negative, they just told me not to worry. But I am absolutely miserable. How am I supposed to stop worrying when they aren't even giving me any treatment?

I can't sleep....

I really envy women who have Ureaplasma but are completely asymptomatic. I feel like I'm one of those experiencing the most severe symptoms.
I had high hopes for levofloxacin... but things aren't looking very promising yet. While I haven't had any major side effects, it has caused severe insomnia, and I haven't been able to sleep properly for days. It's 3AM here right now

Levofloxacin experience?

For those who had success with levofloxacin, after how many days did you start noticing symptom improvement?

I’ve just started it and I’m scared it might not work
I am losing my mind

Levo

Finally decided to try Levofloxacin, and I really, desperately hope it works. They say the shipping is going to take a while. But I’m worried because it doesn't seem to cover MH. I used Clindamycin cream for a few weeks in the past, and I’m just praying that it managed to treat the MH back then.
I’m so exhausted from constantly searching for other options. Doxycycline and Clarithromycin have already failed, so I don't want to use any antibiotics from those same classes anymore. And Moxi scares me. To make things worse, my test results came back negative, so I can't even confirm anything! Honestly, I’d rather the test just show up positive.
If even Levofloxacin fails, I truly don't know what I'm going to do. I’m not writing this to ask for advice. I’m just posting because I feel so incredibly frustrated and lonely.

Antibiotics for hidden urea/myco?

I really need help. My life has been on hold for 5 years. My symptoms are severe. not mild or just uncomfortable.

The symptoms started with vaginal itching right after sexual intercourse, and I tested positive for UU, UP, and MH infections. I got anal itching too now. After a 7-day course of doxycycline, I tested negative, but my symptoms remained unchanged. Over the past 5 years, I have had 10 PCR tests, all negative, so I never really considered plasmas to be the cause during that time. I have made a lot of efforts to restore a healthy vaginal microbiome. My recent Evvy results look very good, so I feel like most other causes have basically been ruled out.

I have also tried doxycycline two more times since then, but it did not help my symptoms at all, so I don’t think repeating it would make any difference. Honestly, I am considering trying levofloxacin, but I am scared of using such a strong antibiotic when all my tests are negative.

On top of that, I suspect chronic candidiasis (specifically hypersensitivity to very low levels of Candida that are even undetectable on testing), so I am in a dilemma because antibiotics might worsen this condition. If this is truly Candida hypersensitivity, long-term antifungal treatment would be needed instead. I have already tried 3 months itraconazole, but it failed, so I wonder if the strain is resistant.

I also had extremely severe menstrual pain and had to go to the emergency room every month for IV treatment. I even had endometriosis surgery, but the pain did not improve.

In this situation, does it make sense to take the risk of trying antibiotics? And if so, which antibiotics would even be worth trying? And yes i will try with biofilm buster
