Work out restrictions after stent

Trying to plan ahead for pausing workout memberships etc as well as generally curious, what have your workout restrictions been post stent? I feel like doctors have been super vague when I ask.

Fibroids + Pelvic Congestion

Does anyone have fibroids and pelvic congestion symdrome, specifically May Thurner Syndrome? I have an estimated 6cm intramural fibroid which I know is not so huge by this sub’s standards but I can’t imagine is helping my PCS and all the blood pooling in my abdomen. I have a follow up this week with a specialist who stents for May Thurner and does UFE. I assume they’ll have me stent first but interested if anyone else has done both. Gynos have been unmotivated to treat my larger fibroid because it is intramural and I was in my 30s with no kids yet. Now given the vascular issues it seems unlikely I’ll have kids because pregnancy would be pretty high risk and I don’t have a lot of time left having just turned 40. Another part of me wants to get both surgeries and see if it’s possible after recovery. Either way tired of looking 3 mo pregnant when I’m not. I’ve reached the stage where sucking it in is getting harder and harder and none of my pants fit anymore.

Partially characterized/shadowy imaging

I have what is estimated to be a 6cm fibroid sitting right on my bladder and 1-2 smaller ones but all of my imaging (ultrasound, CTA, and MTV) say there is a lot of shadowing and the 6cm can only be partially characterized. It was intramural when it was smaller but now I’m concerned it’s grown into my uterine cavity. Anyone else have language in their imaging reads that suggest theirs could be a lot bigger? It is it just hard to see because it’s intramural? My recent imaging has failed to classify the type.

Fibroids + May Thurners Syndrome

Does anyone have medium size fibroids and May Thurner Syndrome vascular compression or pelvic congestion syndrome? Have another month to wait to meet with my doctor (after allergy testing) and am curious if anyone else has treated both, how long you had to wait between procedures etc. Also curious how pregnancy may have affected both conditions or if you had a successful pregnancy after treatment for both.
