Saw Godrej Vrikshya and a couple of ATS/M3M sites nearby the project wasn’t the confusing part
I spent time around Sector 103 this weekend and checked out Godrej Vrikshya, plus a couple of ATS and M3M developments in the same stretch.
Honestly, inside the projects everything felt quite similar. Good amenities, decent layouts, nothing really stood out enough to say one is clearly better.
What I couldn’t figure out was the area timing.
Some parts look ready, some still feel like they’re catching up. It’s not raw, but it’s not fully settled either.
So the decision didn’t feel like “which project is better”
it felt more like “am I okay entering at this stage of the area?”
VinFast delivering 24k+ EVs in April alone in Vietnam feels like an underrated story from an India perspective
What stood out to me is that the growth isn’t being driven by one premium “halo” product. Models like VF 3 and Limo Green seem to be seeing actual mass demand.
That probably says more about EV adoption maturity than flashy flagship launches do.
Feels like Southeast Asian markets are slowly proving that practical EVs can scale when buyers start prioritizing ownership cost and day-to-day usability.
Could actually become relevant for India sooner than expected.
Showed this clip to my dad and his reaction made me pause for a second
Was watching few Kapil Sharma reel in my feed and suddenly this reel pop up. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYM\_RuHtHlm/
Didn’t think much of it initially, just another clip while scrolling. But I showed it to my dad and he immediately said, “ab Shekhar Suman jaisa aura nahi hai kisi mein”.
And I kind of laughed it off, but later it stuck with me. Maybe because my dad was saying 'aura' 😛
But growing up, I’ve seen him watch shows like Movers & Shakers, Boogie Woogie, Das ka Dum etc.. pretty regularly. And now when I look back, those shows didn’t rely on noise or forced humour.
This clip somehow felt like a small reminder of that phase.
Not saying it’s going to be the same, but it definitely triggered that whole nostalgia wave.
