Spotting octopus in Japan as a new diver

I am a huge fan of octopus and have wanted to spot one in the wild for my entire life. I'm also a very newly certified diver and only got my open water early this year. My family and I are planning to visit Japan next year, and I wanted to look into what would give me the best chances of seeing an octopus. Unfortunately, most octopus species are nocturnal, and as a beginner diver I'm worried that I'm not experienced enough to do night dives. The trip is still in pretty early stages of planning so the locations we visit aren't set in stone, does anyone have any advice on where I could go to have a good shot at seeing octopus that would be suitable for a beginner?

Seeking some feedback for a really weird Hydrapple/Maushold team (Champions)

I came up with the idea for this team ( https://pokepast.es/e8bf2aee6ff6475b ) when I realized how powerful King's Rock Maushold would be if it could consistently hit (I calculated it and it has a 65% chance to flinch!). I then had the thought to use Hydrapple with Supersweet Syrup to drop the opponents' evasion. Hydrapple is pretty passive outside of Trick Room, so I made it a partial TR team with Mega Mawile. Does anyone see any major flaws with this team?

-Maushold for flinches outside of TR

-Hydrapple to support Maushold and dish out damage under TR

-Mawile for massive damage under TR, it has Rock Slide specifically for Charizard

-Farigiraf to set TR

-Kingambit for damage in and out of TR

-Scarf Basculegion for a fast and reliable Charizard counter and late game cleanup

Luna moth in the Gatineau area, Quebec

Just got shown this photo from 2 years ago in my camera roll, it's a male luna moth (Actias luna). It had just come out of its cocoon and couldn't fly, so we moved it to a better location and waited for it to take off. Their only goal in this form is to find a mate and they sadly only live a few days, so I hope this guy got a chance to have some babies...

A simple solution to the creature collision issue: water displacement

A lot of people have been complaining about how bumping into fish with the Tadpole doesn't do anything and breaks immersion, as opposed to in the original where they were splatted. As an alternative, I'd like to draw attention to a phenomenon called water displacement. When a boat or submarine moves forward, it pushes the water (which is largely incompressible) out of the way to make room for it. This movement creates shock waves which push anything below a certain size in the water to the side, preventing a collision. This is why boats almost never collide with small fish. If this was implemented, it would solve every current problem: no immersion breaking, no inconvenient collisions and no fish death.
