Any early tips and trick ? Started genshin and I am at 17 adventure rank.

Just reached gold 1 and now getting placed between g3 and plat players. They even dont know there abilites.
How people like breach and that astra even rank up. After long time I reached gold 1 and these are the players i am getting now. Probably will rank down after some matches and will stuck in s3. This astra was just baiting and not using abilites.
