Buying pins and trading pins for the first time
I just came back from WDW and these are the pins I bought and traded. I never really purchased pins before. Here are some random thoughts. My biggest goal was to get pins of attractions, like rides or places, sadly I didn't get many.
I'm shocked there wasn't a Thunder Mountain pin. I assume they had ride attraction pins in the past and will continue to in the future. But not on this trip. More characters.
I was kind of disappointed to see the same pins in every park. It didn't seem that much original of park-specific pins.
I did manage to get a pin from every country showcase. For Japan and China. I grabbed a pin and kind of cheated since I didn't see a country-specific pavilion. I probably won't buy pins on future trips.
It was fun pin trading, and it was my first time. I grabbed Country Bear and Atlantis, being my two favorite pin trades.
I'm sure this has been echoed a million times. But I watched A Goofy Movie recently, besides being a great story. It's just beautiful to look at, and it's a shame we no longer have this art form in movies and only 3D art.
I think when we think of 2D films, we think of Little Mermaid or Beauty and the Beast in terms of artwork, but my gosh, A Goofy Movie is gorgeous to look at!
