The previous 4 are so ambitious in terms of costuming, set design, and tom foolery. I don’t think Jackass gets enough credit for its editing and color schemes as well.
This latest one truly seems like it was filmed like in a week on a movie set. Like the backgrounds and costuming are less inspiring. This one was also severely lacking in skateboarding shenanigans!

It just makes me wonder if they had even a month or two more, what they could have pulled off. I hope they’re convinced to make another. No one is asking them to take hits to the head. And the new cast seems more than game to try things out. Just give them time to make a movie.
