Would this be a good prebuilt?

I keep seeing everyone say places like Walmart and Costco have good deals so I saw this, first time PC buyer and I kinda just wanna start off with something good and change things later to be better. Priorities are streaming and uploading to YouTube, and playing simple Steam games. Nothing hardcore

Edit: I forgot to add price, it’s at $1,860

First time builder, how is this set up?

So I have learned based on current pricing that if I want something that will actually have longevity then I can’t do a pre build, and if I don’t do a pre build then it will be more expensive but worth it. So I’m trying to do the best regular build I can without breaking the bank.

My goal is to start PC streaming, but nothing super crazy. I don’t need the highest graphics on Cyberpunk or to see the tiny details in a Minecraft mod. I just want it to run well, and be able to keep a game, a stream, and a webcam. Playing fun little Steam games like REPO and maybe Fortnite.

Again I’m super new to it so if I sound stupid let me know, I really would appreciate some direction! Right now I think this build sits at $1900. Which is pretty high but I wouldn’t like to go higher than $2000.
