I started my training as a CA this week at Geek Squad. What’s your favorite part of the job? And the worst part?

Are we allowed to wear meta glasses at work? I have meta ray ban wayfarers with prescription lenses with them.

I’m starting my training this week as a Consultation Agent in the geek squad department. I’m pretty good with Apple products but not as tech literate with Windows, what does a typical day look like? Will there be a lot of training? What kind of metrics do they measure us on? I’m a pretty fast learner I just want to see what current Geek Squad employees opinions are working here.
