Does anyone know what jacket this is?

Trying to get this jacket in game, can’t seem to find it.

My biggest Issue with D4… QUEEN OF HEARTS

I need to know if others share my perspective on this. So, my biggest issue with D4 is that there truly is no lesson learned for the Queen of hearts and no real growth. The only reason she is a good mom to Red now and is no longer a ruthless dictator is because her childhood changed, but she never ACTUALLY changed anything towards Red’s relationship herself. It can be argued that she’s NOT even really the same person from beginning and end. Real growth and a real lesson would’ve been made if the queen actually learned that she can’t let the past affect her future. But instead she just got personality brainwashed, and had zero reflection on herself to be better. In her eyes she just NEVER did anything bad. Idk if I’m doing a good job of explaining what I mean but I just wana know anyone else’s opinion and if I’m not alone on thinking this.

Well…this is unfortunate

Finally got my Sir Valgard in today and his head is SUPER loose. Wondering if anyone else has this issue. Anyone have any tips on how to aid the looseness? Or does anyone know if Store Horsemen is good with replacements?

UPDATE: Thank you everyone for all the tips, I appreciate how helpful this community is.
A few things I didn’t mention, the head being loose is the same for both of the neck pegs that the figure comes with.
And so far I did try the hot water trick and it really hasn’t helped much at all. I think I just got unlucky with mine.
I also did message support from storehorsemen and funny enough they just told me to just do the hot water and freezer trick…Which I find to be a weird resolution for a company to tell a customer.
I’m gonna message them again and see what they say next but until then I’ll try some other fixes you guys have provided.
