Picked up a trailer and the seller screwed me out of a title. All I have is the Certificate of Origin and it has someone else’s name signed on the back. It’s 15 years old. I took it to a county clerk and they said I have to have it registered in that guys name, then transfer the title over to me. I did my due diligence looking the guy up, him and his wife passed away, so that’s not possible for me to have him register it. I was told I can get the trailer inspected at a truck stop to prove it’s legally mine and safe to be on the road, then take that paperwork to a clerk and they’ll title it then. Can anyone help me figure this out please? I called Travel center and they told me they don’t do inspections, I tried calling the CAT scale as well and they also don’t do inspections. I’m supposed to be moving to Texas in a few weeks and if the trailer isn’t registered and plated it can be seized in Arkansas or Texas. Any help would be much appreciated please and thank you 🙏🏻

Got this pc, it has 2x 8gb Corsair vengeance 3200mhz, wondering if I can slap in these 2x 8gb Corsair dominator 3200mhz I’ve been sitting on and it be okay? Under normal circumstances I wouldn’t even ask this, but just happen to notice they’re the same speeds and I already have the dominators from a previous build.

Edit: Figured it out, for anyone else on this crazy hunt like I was here is some real information on this.
Yes it does work, 2 sticks are CMG16GX4M2E3200C16, 2 sticks are CMD16GX4M2B3200C16. All 4 sticks are 3200 mt/s. All 4 sticks are 8gb a piece. Only difference is the vengeances run subtimes of 16 20 20 38, the dominators run subtimes of 16 18 18 36. A1 and B1 slots are vengeance, A2 and B2 slots are dominators. First startup pc was at default speed of 2133mt/s. Opened bios and enabled xmp, gave it the bump back up to 3200mt/s. Seems to work great now.
