Anyone else having customers who are getting this recall done then having transmission issues ? Out of the 20 I’ve done 5 or more have come back with issues after still waiting for diag on them but it’s getting old. They never wanna authorize diag 😂

Have any of y’all noticed AI responses from customers got Chat GPT asking me questions that don’t have anything to do with repairs needed how do y’all handle it. I just started giving them AI responses back I’m like our AI can talk to each other .
Anyone else feel like this job is strictly making excuses all the time.
