Only my first Service works

So I set up a service for Kavita, and it worked wonderfully, now it has its own magicDNS, the browser is all happy about the certificate, and most importantly I got my Panels app to accept it as an OPDS server.

Then I replicated the process exactly for Audiobookshelf and Plex, and my browser just tells me those sites can't be reached. Nothing about the setup-process or anything on tailscale's side tells me anything is wrong, and I can still access them by going to "NAS-magicDNS:relevant-port".

How do I go about troubleshooting this?

Does my Synology nas in my homelab need to be "tag-owned" if I want to create services for my different apps on it? And if so, why?

Everything with network is pretty daunting to me, so I need help to understand lol

Icthyo Sapien placement

So I'm trying to make an easy-to-follow reading list on my self-hosted comics server so I can just reread all things Hellboy without referring to Julix's admittedly excellent guide every chapter, and doing so requires no mid-book jumping around.

Now, all I've read before is the main Hellboy series and the Plague of Frogs cycle so I don't know what the big deal about Icthyo Sapien is, is it a giant spoiler for something, or is it just something that doesn't make sense if you read it too early?

I have the Abe Sapien omnibuses and am wondering if Icthyo Sapien (and for that matter, Witchcraft and Demonology) is such a dealbreaker that I should put off the entire omnibus until the epilogue part, or if I can just read them with the rest and only suffer some mild confusion brought on by a lack of context.

GoodRAM and Synology, or: Another RAM for the 920+ compatibility pile

Just successfully upgraded my 920+ to 20gb of ram with a GoodRAM stick (GR2666S464L19/16G). It was even comparatively cheap in this post-RAMpocalypse world, and I figured I would make this post in case some other desperate soul is looking at GoodRAM for upgrades and manically googling for guidance.

So I've got my synology server connected to a ProtonVPN server, and I've got my synology configured as an exit node in my tailscale network. Does this mean that keeping my phone connected to the tailscale network is the same as the phone being connected to the VPN, wherever I am?

I ask because I noticed I couldn't have both tailscale and ProtonVPN active at once on my phone.

So I've been setting up Tailscale on my synology nas, and got so far as to create certifications and whatnot, and accessing my server using the fully qualified name keeps the browser happy, but if I write just the machine name then the browser freaks out again. Am I completely misunderstanding how magicdns works?

I followed a guide to setup a docker/container of audiobookshelf and I'm not sure on all the network security stuff

So I've been meaning to upgrade the ram in my server, and I keep seeing crucial being recommended but not all models work. This is basically the only crucial so-dimm ram I can get near me, but I can't find any info on the model number, even on Crucial's own website. There wouldn't be anyone in here who happened to have experience with this ram?
