Thinkpad hing so tight it broke my screen and frame. Cant afford replacement screen so i decided to do this

I think i killed my thinkpad
I was removing the screen to use it as a desktop cuz the screen was broken. It was a l390 tn thinkpad (not the yoga one). And when i tried opening it, it doesn't post and starts play8ng a musical chime

Did i accidentally fry my motherboard?
Was trying to make it a headless setup cuz screen died. I think i broke something in the process
