I'm going through "the history of gaming" and playing through a bunch of old games between 1986 to around 1989. I'm adding as much as I can to the list, and specifically want more Master System recommendations, but of course any recommendations are welcome, even from other consoles.

So, say in an alternate universe, you're in charge of putting together a cinematic universe with interconnected stories and movies similar to the MCU, but using Nintendo games. (and other properties if you wish)
Whats your "phase one" looking like? How are you adapting these games into movies, I just wanna hear thoughts.
In my head im thinking of a late 90s cartoon with all the early Nintendo characters, obviously serialized episodic episodes targeted towards kids, episodes centered around relationships between characters as they fight in the tournament, or maybe forget the tournament idea and maybe a war between the characters?? I'm just curious what people might think
