I’m not sure why this got a 9, the front and back is clean, centering at on the front (L/R) is within 55/45.

Worth resending?

Thinking if this is worthy of BL and whether should I 1) crack and regrade or go with graded card review route. Couldn’t find the issue with the surface. The specs you see on the back of the card are dirt on the slab itself.

What are your thoughts?
