App for writing RFID tags for Anycubic ACE Pro 2?

Hi, does anyone know an iOS or Android app that can write RFID tags for filament spools so they are recognized by the Anycubic ACE Pro 2?

I would prefer an iOS app, but Android would also be fine. Which tags and app are you using?

Kobra S1 print head cable fixture loose?

I noticed that the print head cable was being squeezed by the print head cable fixture, so I installed a thin PET braided sleeve around the cable for some extra protection.

However, when I reassembled everything, I found that the screw for the print head cable fixture no longer tightens properly. It only goes in far enough for the fixture to hang loosely on the screw instead of being firmly secured.

I uploaded a video showing exactly what I mean.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

  • Is this normal?
  • Did I miss something during reassembly?

I’d really appreciate any advice before I start modifying anything. Thanks!

Marstek Jupiter C Plus + CT002 stops discharging after battery reaches 100% – anyone else?

Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange and very reproducible issue with my Marstek Jupiter C Plus together with the Marstek CT002 Smart Meter.

My setup:

  • Marstek Jupiter C Plus
  • Jupiter firmware: V142
  • CT002 firmware: V124
  • Communication module: 202409090159
  • Auto Mode using CT002
  • Three-phase sum (A+B+C)
  • Excess feed-in enabled

The problem:

Everything works normally while the battery is charging and discharging.

However, as soon as the battery reaches 100% SOC, at some point the system stops feeding power into the house/grid. Even when there is household consumption and the battery is full, the Jupiter remains at 0 W and does not start discharging again.

The really interesting part is:

I can immediately make it work again by either:

  1. restarting my Wi-Fi router, OR
  2. running the Smart Meter / Auto Diagnosis in the Marstek app.

After doing either of these, the Jupiter immediately starts responding to the CT002 again and discharges normally.

This makes me think that it is not a battery/BMS or hardware problem, but rather some kind of firmware/communication issue between the Jupiter and CT002. Maybe the connection or control state gets stuck when switching from full-charge/excess-feed-in mode back to normal Auto Mode operation.

The system worked correctly with an older firmware version. Marstek support unfortunately has not responded to my requests for a downgrade.

Has anyone experienced exactly the same behaviour?

I'm especially interested in:

  • Does your Jupiter C Plus also stop discharging after reaching 100%?
  • Which Jupiter firmware version are you using?
  • Which CT002 firmware and communication module version are you using?
  • Did a firmware update/downgrade solve it?
  • Has anyone received a newer firmware from Marstek support?
  • Did updating the CT002 communication module solve the problem?
  • Is anyone using CT002 communication module 202506141125 together with a Jupiter C Plus?
  • Did changing Wi-Fi/router/mesh settings permanently solve it?

Any experience would be really helpful. I'm trying to figure out whether this is a V142 firmware bug, a CT002 communication issue, or a combination of both.

Weird noise in XY-Direction while printing

Hi guys I have just bought a kobra s1 and noticed a weird sound when printer is moving in positive XY direction. In negative XY direction is no noise. Is that normal?

Working on a Kobra S1 bed stiffener – looking for community feedback

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a 3D-printed reinforcement frame for the Anycubic Kobra S1 heated bed.

The goal is to reduce flex and torsional movement of the bed, especially around the rear mounting area. The design uses a large triangulated frame underneath the bed and additional side supports connected with screws.

This is still a work in progress, and I would really appreciate feedback from the community before I finalize and test it.

Do you think this design could noticeably improve bed stiffness? Are there any weak points, clearance issues, heat-related problems, or other concerns that I may have overlooked?

Any suggestions for improving the geometry, mounting method, material, or print orientation would be very helpful.
