Marstek Jupiter C+ Problems

I discovered today that the battery is no longer charging and the device is displaying error code 0481. Holding the power button for 10 seconds to reset it didn't help. I am unable to contact support via the app. The installed version is 142.37.213.110. Does anyone have any ideas?

The Marstek App don't detect my Shelly EM 3rd GEN, they are both on the same WiFi, I've set the listening port to 1010 (tried 2220 too) but the Marstek App shows it offline, what am I doing wrong?

How to save on electricity bill just with Marstek venus e 3.0 without smart meters?

Hi everyone!
I just bought Marstek venus e 3.0 a few days ago for my apartment here in Ukraine for outages during winter. But until outages begun or if they will ever be, I thought to use this device to save some money on electricity bill by using battery for my PC, as electricity here during the night is twice cheaper.
But I encountered a problem, that I can't configure Marstek venus e 3.0 to function in that way.

So what I want:

  1. The marstek is always plugged in the wall by "grid cable".
  2. My PC is always plugged in to Marstek's "backup" socket.
  3. When time is 6:00 to 24:00 Marstek outputs from battery to "backup" socket, but not "grid"
  4. When time is 00:00 to 6:00 Marstek charges and also bypasses to "backup" socket.

In the app, I first configured it to be in "Manual" mode, and set charge timing, charging at specified time was working, but during day time, it was not discharging battery but stayed at "backup" and showed ~275 watt. So I thought that I also need to enable discharge, but I do that, I see that it shows 843 watts at "Battery", 797 at "Grid" and 285 "Backup", which seems to be wrong too much power) and looks like Marstek feeds power back to the grid in to the wall socket, but the problem is that I don't have any smart meters or other devices that can control that, so I might brake something, like my electricity meter or Marstek itself.

So the question is, is it possible to configure my Marstek to function as I want by just using Marstek app? if not, is it possible to do that through API? if not, does Marstek even support such operation mode?

Thanks!

Jupiter C Plus v138 to V142 - any issues to expect?

Redditors,
My Jupiter C Plus has been working smoothly for 5 days now on V138 - finally, after months of misery on V131. CT002 version is V124.
Now support sent my the attached mail (update “ Centre control version 142, MPPT v213, Micro v110 and BMS37”).

I am more than reluctant, has anybody performed these updates yet and can share some experience?

Marstek Venus E 3.0 – sudden SOC jump from 57% to 100%

Hey everyone,

I’ve noticed something strange with my Marstek Venus E 3.0 and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Today the SOC was slowly increasing as expected and reached around 57%. Then, within about 2 minutes, it suddenly jumped straight from 57% to 100%. You can see it pretty clearly in the screenshots.

There’s obviously no way the battery actually charged by 43% in two minutes, so it looks like the BMS suddenly recalculated or corrected the SOC.

The battery is about 2 months old and I haven’t noticed such a big jump before.

Has anyone else with a Venus E / Venus E 3.0 had this happen? Is this a known BMS/SOC calibration issue?

Did it sort itself out after a few full charge/discharge cycles, or is there anything I should do to recalibrate it?

Thanks!

Jupiter C+ with Marstek 2000w inverter

Down anyone know if these two Marstek products would work in parallel to increase grid output. I'm fully registered for grid export but I chose DIY route simply due to costs.

I'm using Shelly Pro 3em which works 10x better then Mastek CT meter in my opinion. If I could run 2 devices at the same time my house loads would be fully covered
