Stamp Artists deserve more credit! Where can I find them?

I’ve been on the hunt for the names of stamp designers for all the major manufacturers but have come up short on some. Mostly just looking to make sure I’m only buying from brands that employ artists rather than using generative AI.

Who are some of your favorite stamp artists? Which manufacturers need to up their game?

How effective is gritting your teeth in front of a shower head as an alternative to flossing?

I’m not an advocate for this nor do I do it myself regularly. I’ve just found that I get a mouth sensation from this similar to when I floss. Curious to hear what others think.

OBVIOUS CAVEATS:

You’d need fairly high pressure and thin water streams.

It wouldn’t get the spaces in your rear-most teeth very well.

Brushing would probably be necessary afterwards to cleanse any hard water, bacteria, etc.

Is there a 3000000% completion slot select screen in Mewgenics?

Haven’t heard of one but it’s harder than ever to get a clear google search result so figured I’d ask the community.

Cyanotype on Plastic?

Hey there!

I’m very new to cyanotype but I have a question about its applications.

I enjoy dyeing discs for disc golf. Basically a process where you put a pigment/acetone mixture on a plastic disc to apply color to it.

I was hoping I could try a cyanotype-like process, but I’m having trouble with cyanotype mixtures (specifically Solarfast) actually absorbing into the plastic.

Has anyone tried applying cyanotype to plastic or a similar material? If so, what gave you success? Thank you!

Why are CGMs billed differently than other diabetes supplies?

I recently had a long bank-and-forth with both Medtronic and Blue Shield about how much I’m being charged for my CGMs.

Almost all of my supplies (infusion sites, insulin reservoirs, test strips, etc.) are billed under “diabetes supplies” which my insurance covers most of. I’m left with a 20% coinsurance.

CGMs, however, get billed under “durable medical equipment” which across most policies is billed with much more patient responsibility. For me it’s 50%.

I was told billing codes were modified due to a recent FDA regulation. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Can I do anything about it?
