Moving Out Advice (Old Building)

Looking for advice on the cheapest way to get rid of my furniture. I live in an old building and it has small stairs which make bringing down heavy furniture hard to do. I also live in the attic so there's many steps to go down, do you think people are willing to go through this hassle for free 3 year old furniture? If I can't give it away, what else can I do? My health condition is not the best at the moment and my doctor strongly advices me against carrying heavy objects. At the same time, I don't want to leave my things like it is and lose my 1k+ euros deposit. I'll also try to ask my neighbours for help in exchange for free food, but I can't guarantee that want to help. So if any of you have a suggestion, please leave a comment. I don't mind paying 200-300 euros for help disassembling and getting rid of my furniture.

Looking for Budget-Friendly Ways to Try Learning CFA Before Committing

I want to find out whether I have the discipline/commitment to study for the CFA, but I don't want to spend $1k+ immediately on prep providers like Kaplan. Lately, I've tried to learn using used Kaplan books from 2023, but I found their explanations too brief and lacking numerical examples. I would also preferably like to have more questions that I can practice after every reading. Any advice?

Question only to those who have received admission letters

Does your letter of admission state that your language proficiency skills have been tested? The embassy I'm applying from vaguely said that something like this can be an alternative to TOEFL/IELTS.

Hospital Experience at Mannheim

I'm planning to move to Mannheim this September. Does anyone have any experience with the eye clinic at the Uniklnikum Mannheim? I had a condition called retinal detachment and I'm worried that it may come back again, which require surgery. Also do you think the doctor and surgeons speak English? My German was around C1/B2 but I haven't used it in a while ever since I moved out of Germany after finishing high school.

Do you think it's safer too, to do an eye surgery in nearby cities like Frankfurt or Heidelberg, where there may be more qualified surgeons?

I've been facing them semi regularly and today I faced them twice in a row. They all have the same deck and have numbers as their username. And they don't play to win, they literally just spam cards in between their princess towers. What's the purpose of these bots??
