I booked these flights, is it in your experience worth to upgrade from eco to PE for 410 pP or do you think I can get it cheaper by bidding, at the gate or not worth at all?

I was living my whole live in Austria until I moved to Germany last month. I now realized that the Austrian payback card doesn’t work in Germany, so I was wondering if I can transfer points from two payback accounts to one M&M account.
