New Partner Question

It’s been less than a month since I became partner (got monetised) my recent videos were mostly breaking 3k views and it was getting better each day but as soon as I activated my earnings after I hit the 4K watch hours. My views are terrible and barely hitting 100 views. Is there a reason for that? Is there a phase I need to just past? Or is there a setting I don’t know about? I’m really confused
