We are closing on a house in Jax next week. I haven't had a chance to see what the brand of all the locks are yet, but I am making my "things to do first" list for move in.

There's a front door, a door to the house from the garage, a door from the garage to the backyard, and two French doors with additional key only deadbolts installed higher on the doors.

If it's possible, should I have them all rekeyed the same, or should I do different key patterns for the front and back?

It's a remote purchase, so it's possible they will be upgraded in the future, but if they are decent locks, we might keep them.

I love this show! I got hooked watching it on PBS, and it's actually the reason I subscribed to Acorn.

I have been hoarding it like the last of the christmas candy, and today I went to try and remember where I had left off, although I will be watching from S1E1, and I noticed series 5 and 6 are missing.

Will they be back? Have they always been missing? Are they somewhere else?

I just received my home inspection results today. They clumped issues together like: one or more open splices were observed; there was no electricity present at one or more outlets; no GFCI protection was observed in one or more locations..............

How do I know how much an electrician would need for repairs? If they are going around and looking at all the things, how difficult would it be to say, xxx open splices were observed, xxx outlets had no electricity present, xxx outlets were missing GFCI protection

There's always the statement that absolves them from liability, so being more precise shouldn't be an issue.
