Can anyone tell me what model these are?

I've had these for years, I got them from a thrift store before I even knew what New Rocks were. They are not reactor boots, or at least any reactors I've seen. Look at the sole, they don't have the middle metal piece, and they have a metal dome piece and a different toe tip style, also the heel of the sole is sort of squared off. They are extremely well made, and I am sure authentic, especially with how long I've had them in my collection. But I can't find any like them. Anyone have any ideas on model or approximately when they were manufactured?

Tamagotchi P's 17-in-1 pierce chip

I just recently got this 17-in-1 deco pierce chip thing, and it's really neat! The weird part is, that I can't find any information on its existence anywhere really. I can find a sold listing, a deleted reddit post, a few dead-end linked pictures when I do an image search. Has anyone heard of these, or have one? It works really well and has every pierce loaded on it. The toggles are a little tricky to flip, they are super tiny so I just use a cotton swab stick that's been cut in half. But otherwise I give it a 10/10!
