Hi. I am seeking some advice on an upcoming tenancy tribunal case. My landlords failed to do any maintenance for 5 years resulting in two injuries to my mum and my partner due to this neglect - 2 years apart (all documented in the evidence bundle) amongst a host of other issues. They signed a healthy homes agreement even though the house fell woefully short. Their own homefit report confirms this. They are overseas and when I served the agent listed on the agreement, she told me she isn't the agent and never has been. Just a friend. They have a lawyer who is now gaslighting me and trying to make me appear like the unreasonable person and that I caused all the damage.
