Hi. My pS5 pro randomly shuts off into rest mode during game play. At first I thought it was during the heat wave and it was too hot but that doesn’t seem to be it and it never gave a heat warning. Anyone experience this? It just started in the last few days and happens after at least a half hour but I can’t pinpoint any pattern and there’s no code stored in error history. Any ideas? CEC is totally off and it’s on “don’t put into rest mode” for any set amount of time. Thank you in advance!!!!!

Hello. So I have been getting these critical alerts from Apple Health via my Apple Watch saying I’m showing signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea. I’m assuming it is my SP02 readings. So I notified my PCP and am going to have a sleep study soon.

So I’d like to ask anyone who cares to answer. What was the process for you? Starting with the sleep study because I have no idea what to expect during that. My biggest concern is I have terrible insomnia and add to that the pressure of needing to sleep for this study, I’m afraid I will not be able to fall asleep. Do they do anything for that? Like a sleep pill or even an IV? Or would that mess with the test? I’m stressed over that because I know I won’t be able to sleep.

But then say somehow I do and I’m diagnosed with sleep apnea I assume I’ll need a CPAP which I don’t know if I’ll be able to tolerate, I highly doubt it. Are there alternatives?

If anyone has their own personal anecdotes or stories of this process I think that might help me an awful lot because I have super high anxiety about every single part of this whole thing!!!!! TIA!
