I tweaked it a bit to get Alexey's YouTube working again.

Features:
- Easy-to-use and very neat interface
- Does not include YouTube Shorts
- Videos can play in the background when the app is closed

I fixed a few bugs to get Alexey Gurevski's BBtube app working again.

Things that have been repaired:

Watching videos at 360p resolution (I couldn't get 480p or 720p to work because the BB10 media player cannot play two media streams at the same time, or maybe it's just my lack of skill.

Get video list from the channel page.

Retrieve the list of videos from the trending page (YouTube has discontinued the original trending page, so I am fetching the data from: https://charts.youtube.com/charts/TopShortsSongs/us/daily).
