What should I do with this 30"

I have a 30" baritone, it's not a metal guitar it's like a strat. I never play it, it just doesn't feel and sound right even though the tension and tuning seems right, I think it is Elixer Nonoweb Baritone strings tuned 5 semitones down from a guitar. It just sounds like a mess, there's no tightness to the lows. It's the strings, not just the pickups, at least I'm not changing the pickups for now. I'm open to higher or lower gauge or tuning. The sound I would like is more like Primus, snappy and distorts on playing harder.

Is there some way Q can be a higher rate of fire

I thought, from the official text, that it was always the same rate because of a static cooldown. But 2 times I have seen it appear to shoot all 3 rapidly, and I don't know of any mechanic that would do that.

So 3D Beat Em Ups are almost never in a fixed camera angle?

After some searches, seems like 3D Beat Em Ups are almost never in fixed camera angle or had a classic viewing angle like the arcades. Not counting the prerendered ones. Is this just tradition or is there some further reason for it? Any notable related games I should look at?

I need to edit skeletal mesh animations. Simplest tool?

I just want a way to make some adjustments to my animations, while viewing them in the world so they can touch objects etc. I tried reading/watching documentation/tutorials but it feels like I'm not getting anywhere as there are so many possible things involved. Do I need a rig? I see some auto rig plugins, is there a good one for what I am wanting? Then what do I do after that to change an animation?
