Cracked screen cover

How does one apply for cracked screen insurance?

They have been promoting this benefit since taking away everything else on Ultimate Rewards but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to actually apply?

I have looked everywhere on Netbank as well as card terms, FAQs etc and there’s no information on how to apply.

Deebot X series won’t dock

We have a deebot X series that won’t dock.

It goes into the station, reverses back out, tried again so on and so forth.

We have tried everything ensuring sensors are clean, system restart etc but not having any luck. If I push it in, then it locks and starts cleaning no problem. It just can’t seem to auto lock on its own.

Any ideas?
