I guess I got scammed too.

It's my own fault I didn't bother to check Jared and I only spent about A150 bucks with them. It was supposed to come back in July. I've reached out multiple times and I can say that they have responded every time however it takes about 7 days to get back to me with the same exact answer "I have to check with the production team"

I have cancer and I hated to play the cancer card but I wanted them to know that one my idea was was to do some paintings while I'm home on disability so my kids can have something as a memento if I don't make it. I have liver cancer and because it's pressing on my bile ducts I don't qualify for a resection or a transplant and chemotherapy only stabilized it it did not shrink it

I hated to play the card and I wasn't trying to use it to get them to send me my order I just wanted them to know that they're not just keeping an American's money. This is all time that I've been waiting so I could paint here I guess I'll just go buy some two dollars acrylic paints but had I known I would have been painting for the last two months. It's fine Not going to let something like this affect even one of my days. But I just wanted to add my $0.02 they clearly have no intention on getting back to me or getting my order to me and it's always the same nonsense

We apologize for the delay I'll have to check with my production team We appreciate your patience.

aka, up yours, but thanks for the business.

I have a theory about why UPS was willing to do the buyout... and I think it's a pretty good theory too

So there's absolutely no way UPS offered the buyout out of the kindness of their heart, knowing damn well that they were going to have to lay people off. It did not make them all of a sudden soften up and say, "Well we got to do something special for these guys that have been with us for a while." LOL don't make me laugh. That's not possible.

I've been racking my brain trying to think what the ulterior motive is. Of course I have another theory that I've floated in the past about R-O-A-D-I-E and how they're gonna start combining routes, which I'm 100% positive that I'm right about that. That still doesn't explain why they would be willing to spend so much money on the buyout.

Then it hit me today. You know how they were sued and there's a pending court case for lost wages... That's been rampant through the entire country... Think about it. Throughout the entire buyout paperwork, over and over and over again, it talks about how you are forfeiting any and all rights to any claims in the future. You can not make any sort of claims against them. You are forfeiting any and all rights to any money that they may or may not owe you. That happens to coincide I would not be surprised. In fact I'd be surprised if I'm wrong. I guarantee that they knew this could be a serious lawsuit and they have some drivers that have been here for 30 years that they've been nickel and diming their pay for just as many years. I bet you the buyout was a way to just get all their other plans in motion but also stop the bleeding before it starts especially considering they used the exact same argument as they did with the buyout. "This should be handled with the Teamsters and the grieving process," which is ridiculous because a lot of those employees were temporary employees and thus not union members. The fact that they had the exact same argument ready already is quite telling. I guarantee this has something to do with it.
