The Guild of the Dragon is the name "The Dragon's" followers call themselves.
History: After Tengens barriers were set up, The Dragon needed a new way to get enough cursed energy to further its life, so it started making deals with weak/non-sorcerers to turn them into a sorcerer. This group would go around killing curses to bring cursed energy back to The Dragon, and go about their lives wandering the Mediterranean and European countryside. In modern day, they moved on from more cultish beliefs to more scientific beliefs. Around the time of the shattering, their numbers skyrocketed as people who hoped for strength and safety in numbers joined them. The remnants of the Vatican joined up with them, forming a Dei of the Holy Kingdom called "Vatican 2" (they weren't very creative), where people live; however, gets them by underground, dangerously high, and out near the woods. The power is divided between the elected pope and his council, and the king morph guildsman, and his court. In 2022, The Dragon would kill himself and pass on his power and responsibility to a young member.
How to become one: If one wishes to join, they will be brought to The Dragon and fed a piece of its flesh, where they will get 1 (depending on the strength of someone and if they have a preexisting technique, if they love themselves worthy they can get up to 4) of a random one of its shikigami. Each dragon acts as its own technique (it's very rare to get more than one). They keep it till it is engraved onto their soul, and the specific dragon they got can be passed down. Once the process is complete, the original dragon(s) you absorbed will crawl out of your cursed energy and fly back to The Dragon. (it returns if they die during the process) (If The Dragon deems you unworthy during the process, you will die; if you are too weak to handle even one, the bonding dragon will just leave.) (They will always pick up his cursed energy trait unless the dragon you got has a different CE trait.) (Once a dragon is joined to you, you are filled with all relevant memories to the dragons ecology)
Transformation: after you gain a technique, your body will start to restructure itself. Teeth will fall out as sharper ones grow in, senses sharpen, hair grows brittle, iron levels spike as skin grows splotchy and rough, large pores develop on sifter flesh, nails restructure as bones grow out into small claws, and muscle and bone grow denser as your jaw's gape grows larger. It's quite painful and makes them genetically different enough (dubbed Homo Draconis). Due to this, they are incapable of reproducing outside of others who have gone through the process. This leads to them being very reliant on The Dragon and his heir to keep them from becoming genetically bottlenecked.
King morph: One person from either gender can become a King morph if left in a leadership role with no other king morphs to suppress it with pheromones for about 6 months, while being over 25. This can start a change where they can become almost giant-like at around 10 feet tall and a good deal more primitive looking. This process is normally a painful year-long ordeal, but with RCT and RCE, it should be about 2 months. This status is regulated by hormones produced by a king morph (usually the strongest in the group)
Tradition: They are quite worried about those outside of their Dei, but other than that, they are a carefree people who live by the rules of nature and love nothing more than to fly (flightless ones will rope a friend who can into their fun). These are the only parts of their culture that remain after their huge population boom in the shattering. A majority of their behavior is picked up from the refugees from the Vatican that they meshed with (not all people living in Vatican 2 are guildsmen, but nearly all guildsmen are a part of the church)
Traits: they tend to look uncanny and animalistic
eyes: Orange, bright yellow, reddish, fully dark blue, all are chicken-like and usually wide. with vertical contracting pupils
hair: brittle and almost quill-like, with ones even more quill-like around the body. specifically along the spine, top of the back, on the elbow, on the back of the calves, and near the wrists. The amount varies from person to person and species.
Skin: splotchy, pale, and almost scale-like, with thicker parts like knees and elbows being almost orangish.
mouth: sharp teeth, almost too wide a mouth that can nearly unhinge, and a pointed tongue
Internal: despite their internal musculature and bone structure being different, it is not outwardly visible outside of their slightly off-putting nature.

“The Dragon”
Special grade cursed object
History: “The dragon” was a special-grade sorcerer from Rome, born in the mid-Yayoi period, who wished to become immortal, and with his technique (which already greatly extended his life in exchange for becoming more draconic), achieved so in a roundabout way. Now stuck as a Cursed item that lives through his shikigami. Once Tengen set up their barriers, there wasn't enough ambient CE to fuel themselves, so they developed a new trick. Through a binding vow, He can turn others into sorcerers in exchange for losing part of his technique for a little bit in exchange for creating a new sorcerer. He can perceive everything these people experience and slowly loses his sense of self in them. Eventually, he left as a ball of tangled memories with a sliver of what he once was. He was safeguarded for a long while by his followers till the year 2022. In a moment of self-reflection, he chose to sacrifice his full technique to a member of his followers in a death-binding vow, putting his original technique in the boy instead of a fraction like usual.
Appearance: While his original body is forgotten and lost to time, his visage, which he held for the longest time, is a monstrous one. He looks like an 8x8 rough sphere-like cocoon made of wrapped-up golden Dragon wings with eyes and spikes between the gaps. There are a few vents blasting hot air, keeping it in flight. It shines ethereally and outputs positive energy occasionally to keep itself in tip-top shape.
CE trait: His cursed energy is blazing hot and can be expelled as actual fire or just air of the same temperature. The cursed energy comes from the gut like normal, but then works its way up through the heart, where it is imbued with the heat, and then up his throat. This causes it to take a bit longer to circulate than CE normally would when coming from a resting state. It can be expelled with enough force to generate huge amounts of propulsion; he counteracts his slow CE circulation by filling himself with large amounts of CE at all times. The heat put off from this is enough to melt his normal clothes off and make any room he is in uncomfortable for most people. He can use the CE to launch strong enough materials like a shotgun or rifle by pressure cooking them in his hands. His CE trait, plus his summons, put him at an advantage in fights after both are in burnout
CT: Where The Wyrms Went
Synopsis:
His technique relies on the built-in domain to reach its true heights, but its main ability is that the user can turn into wyverns (or summon them from his cursed energy) from a world that he mentally believe he is a part of and know a strange amount of (this leads the user to get confused sometimes because he has common sense from the other world that seems second nature, but makes no sense to a normal person), and it makes the user's biology resemble both the humans and the dragons from this world after some time using it.
Passive:
Both the user and their summons can eat cursed energy from the bodies of things with them in it and use it as their own. If a dragon returns to him, he can reabsorb it and any it picked up.
How the dragons work:
The Summons have their own sentience that is a part of the user's mind and soul that sort of "hangs off and grew up", leaving the dragons to reflect different parts of the user. They are smarter than their otherworldly counterparts, but not quite human. They operate almost like curses and attack anything with CE (only curses due to their instructions) and have a near unlimited range due to their self sustaining nature and can only handle simpler instructions the further away they are, once they are certain distance away from the summoner they will start to burn through however much CE they have inside of them and need to get more cursed energy by eating other things possessing it. they act on instinct outside of what their orders are; they are kind to the user. The user can hear these dragons even when they are not summoned; they can get quite loud when spooked and cause bad headaches for him at times. The user can speak through and share perceptions with any of the summons. They are not maintained by the technique but on their own energy, so they don't disappear during burnout, but just follow their previous instructions. All the dragons of one species share one sense of self in his mind
Levels of complication:
The technique has a few levels of complication, where all the lower levels can be used at the same time as the more advanced ones
- Transformation: When new to the CT, the user would transform into the Shikigami for a short time, which would last longer with more experience
- Summoning: The user summons a dragon and has access to a weaker version of the ability of the summoned dragon, or can turn into the same dragon
3, Multiple Summons: the user can summon multiple of one dragon, at a certain point that differs for each species, the power will be divided between the summoned dragons of one species unless they are far away from each other
Multiple types of summons: the user can summon multiple different species and gain a weaker version of the abilities of all of them.
Partial summoning: a binding vow where the user uses a mass of CE to hold the dragon's attributes. and allow them to use the full attributes of the partial dragon while it's partially summoned.
Using themselves as a medium: The user becomes the medium for the dragon's full ability without summoning them (Like Sukuna's piercing blood). When doing this, they can use the first level and stack on other dragons' abilities
All of these are pretty well mastered by 18
Base Usage:
The user starts off with 8 dragons
Weeping Witherseer: a medium-sized dragon with leathery armor that provides a bit more wiggle room but less defense. It has a slightly higher healing rate than some of the other dragons to reflect its otherworldly counterparts' parthenogenesis. It has a blast of a CO2-like chemical that freezes what it comes into contact with. It has a pair of downward-facing horns on its brow that can be used to break the now brittle ice. For every 5 seconds of eye contact it makes with someone, it can see 1 second of the future in a reflective surface (usually the ice it just formed). its whiteish but has a neck with black tendrils all over. It makes the user quite paranoid. It changes the summoners curse energy to cold instead of hot and reflects its mild healing properties onto them when it’s summoned or channeled
Hellbasker: A small-medium sized flightless dragon (it can still glide and climb verry well) with a sprawled out form and the hottest fire in the user's arsenal, with a high defense and a long cooldown for its superheated blasts. Its range is a relatively narrow beam with a higher-end mid-range distance. It has a face like a basking shark and a stone-like body. It can't turn well and struggles in open areas if flanked before it can strike the enemy down. This makes the users cursed energy, much hotter for less fuel when it’s summoned or channeled
Red Racer: The fastest flier in the arsenal, its medium sized, with an almost unmatched grace when in the sky. It can shoot boiling blood that can be charged up to mimic piercing blood, and excels in dogfights. It also has a short-range blast of hot air; it's pretty frail and relies on its agility to avoid attacks. He can output CE behind him to increase his speed. The user can also mimic piercing blood through their hands when it’s summoned or channeled.
Tassled Thundermaw: a medium-large ugly dragon with a disproportionately long tail and rubbery, scalloped armor. It can output large amounts of electricity through either water or surrounding cursed energy, which can be used to paralyze or kill. It is ungainly on land and not a very fast swimmer, relying on its long tail for physical attacks. allows the user to electrical attacks when summoned or channeled.
Veilwright: A small to medium-sized dragon with a flat tiki-like face and a fancy red color on its purple scales. It can belch a large stationary sphere of smoke, where you can reposition anything with cursed energy to anywhere else inside the cloud. If it eats certain substances (like poison ivy or cyanide) or CE with a trait, the smoke will take on the traits once it’s all used up it would have to consume more of it. It can also use the smoke like a squid's ink trail while flying away. It's quite weak and doesn't like leaving the smoke cloud. user can breathe the smoke when it’s summoned or channeled
Rattle Dread: A bulky, medium-sized dragon that is heavily armored and has a strong jaw and a stronger sense of smell. It has a mane of hollow spikes all over its neck that make an eerie jangling noise that gives people a sense of unease while it is in motion, it has two blue membranous wings that can work as shields. its not the fastest in flight or pursuit, but it is quite persistent, filling a similar niche to a grizzly bear. Its breath attack is a pellet blast that operates much like a shotgun, but with more force closer to the mouth. The force from the blast is like being close to a grenade. Even if the pellets miss you at that range, the force wave will burst blood vessels and organs with the heat from the blast compounding. It doesn't turn all that well, so it's pretty easy to flank, but its defense on its side is still pretty high. It also struggles at range. The user can more easily create concussive bursts similar to its breath attack when summoned or channeled.
Screaming Windlancer: The fastest flightless dragon. It is built similarly to a raptor but with a face like an eel mixed with an arrowhead. It's covered in an ink that cuts down air resistance and most types of friction; it can also throw up this ink. With enough speed, it can glide for distances due to its arrow-like build. It's ink trails behind it and can be used to make patterns or traps to ignite with his CE later; he can output CE to further boost his speed. It can easily run right through plenty of people despite its smaller size. The user can cover themselves in this ink when channeled or summoned.
Sicklemouth: A small dragon whose wings have evolved back into forearms. It has a grey body with a defined form, perfect for dueling. Its face has a swordlike protrusion and an eye-catching quill-like mane. It can cast a relatively large, simple domain, and it quickly catches on to a style of fighting after some back and forth when inside it.
There are around 80 "unlockable" dragons, some with stronger skills, some weak, and many in between, all of which he has unlocked in his 3ish years of having a domain
CTR
The user can make either gear (clothes and weapons) with a dragon's traits imbued into it, this can circumvent the the normal CT’s inability to mix multiple traits into one summon by applying them to a cursed tool instead of a dragon
or its max output form, Metamorphosis: the user stacks the abilities into themselves to a full cheaper degree instead of just a partial upgrade like in normal form, causing the user to become a large 3 headed golden Dragon (this visage is worshiped and painted and by his followers, it would go on to inspire the design of king Ghidorah). This form is much physically stronger, with a higher output, and improved stats all across the board.
DOMAIN EXPANSION: FATHER OF DRAGONS
hand sign: Right hand gripping the wrist of the left hand, which is in a flat, open palm
Appearance: a large black expense with a model of the planet the dragons are from, with its 2 moons orbiting it and red flames under it floating in the center, illuminating the area.
Sure Hit: The domain has any one of the dragons set as the sure hit, bringing their abilities to their peak. This domain usually has a domain-only attack for the dragon, which is a sure hit. Other dragons can still be summoned, but they are not guaranteed to hit.
