A guy falling in love with a lesbian girl

I’m just a regular guy and I’m only attracted to women. I am a nursing trainee, and I met her during my clinical training about two weeks ago. From the very first day, there were a lot of eye contacts between us, and every time I looked up, she seemed to be looking at me as well. On the second day, we talked more about food, interests, travel, and free time, and she was actually the one who gave me her WhatsApp number. We started chatting on WhatsApp, and I quickly became excited to spend time with her during training. I asked her out, and she agreed, but we haven’t been able to go yet because of work, busy schedules, and she also had to travel. We followed each other on Instagram, and through her profile I discovered that she is currently in a relationship with a girl, and her profile shows both bisexual and lesbian pride flags, so I’m not completely sure if she is bisexual or lesbian. Despite that, after some time she still agreed to go out with me. However, recently her attention toward me has become much more inconsistent. We have now set a proper date to go out in about a week, and it is still confirmed. I suggested paying because I insisted, and she agreed. During this time, I showed my interest in her through small gestures like giving her flowers once, making her pancakes another time, bringing her ice cream, and other small gifts. She seems uncomfortable with the gifts I bring her or the way I express my interest through them, but at the same time she seems to enjoy them, that’s what I have noticed. I’m honestly confused about her intentions, I don’t know if she is just curious, if she is bisexual, or if she is simply being friendly while already in a relationship. We will also meet again in three days at the vocational school where she is currently studying, as I will be there during my training placement, and she told me that she wants to spend the break with me and have lunch together, and we are also planning in detail where we will go and what we will eat during our date which will be in about a week. We now have a planned date in about a week, but I honestly don’t know how I should act or how I’m supposed to behave. I’m also confused about why she wants to go out with me in the first place, because I’m pretty sure she knows I like her, and I also know that she is currently in a relationship with a girl. I don’t know what her intentions are or what she expects from this meeting.
By “date,” I mean just a friendly hangout, not a romantic date
