Guys, i'm gonna go for a degree in nanjing. Any VPN reccomendation that is relatively stable in Nanjing??

My archer is E2S1, Sparkle is E2S0, Rin E0S1 and sustain is huohuo E0S0.

Would E1 Robin outperform sparkle, if yes is it huge?? have heard she's super OP

I'm gonna pull Himeko E0S0 ( Therta LC ). Available teamates right now is Tribbie (E0), Sunday, RMC, Welt ( E1 ), and Huohuo (E0) which is the best between Welt, RMC, and Tribbie with the compotition of Himeko Nova - Sunday - flex - Huohuo

Should i pull Yaoguang or Evanescia E1?? I have sparkle E2 and dont know howmuch difference a yaoguang would make. I heard yaoguang is rerunning soon...
