So i got my decision letter today after filing for OSA(4th time trying). Originally i filed for OSA secondary to PTSD in Feb of 2023. I filed 3 supplementals and an HLR, all of which were denied. March of this year i filed another supplemental for OSA Secondary to PTSD. My claim was granted and rated at 50% as a stand alone condition. However, the claim was still open for OSA secondary AND they added Hypertension secondary to OSA.

Hypertension was granted at 0% secondary to sleep apnea, however this letter states they are proposing to reduce OSA to zero, and then the next paragraph says OSA granted with the same effective date. I just want to make sure im following this correctly, OSA secondary to PTSD is being denied, however OSA is being granted as a stand alone with Hypertension as a secondary. Ultimately there will be no change to my overall rating.

Am i understanding this correctly?
