Shaves off a few minutes and eliminates the need to walk under a sad viaduct. The mayor is pretty based and published a book on removing cars from urban spaces to repair sprawl. Bro's got a lot of work to do.

Curvilinear streets and cul-de-sac developments like this are such a crap regression suited exclusively for automobiles. You know those video essays that show demolition of established urban areas for interstates? We should do that again with bungalonia - just bulldoze linear paths through em for mixed use complete streets. But hey, one lot is a start.
