I am photosensitive to flashing lights. Does the Apple TV have 'dim flashing lights' feature?

A while ago i learned of the apple feature on my macbook of dimming flashing lights, which is great because I am photosensitive / migraines and a lot of older media like anime or david lynch has flashing lights so I can't watch it. Its not that the 'dim flashing lights' is so effective that I don't still get headaches when things happen (it takes a few moments before kicking in sometimes) but its better than just closing my eyes during scenes and having my partner say when its over. However I can't stream it to my tv because of HDCP so I can't have that feature while watching things on my laptop.

I read that the feature is an overall ios feature. Does that apply to the apple tv?

Its a bit expensive at and I'm broke so i don't want to get it randomly just to see if it works.

if you see my posting history, i've had this question ignored, no one on discord cared to respond, and tonight the apple tv subreddit just deleted the post I tried to make automatically and the automod / reddit AI suggested I post it here, so... if anyone knows or can check their device, please let me know.

Hi there,
My wife and I are moving to the area next month for a new job from Chicago. The area looks beautiful but we're leaving behind a lot of friends and other things we're used to. We like board games and nature and love to cook. I've been looking around for stuff like bowling leagues and the pinball tournaments and learning about other things to do. Would love to know of what other groups I may want to look into for meeting people when we move in June.
