Best cooldown advice !
Im going to italy tomorrow and arrives saturday, the weather has shifted from 23 degrees and clouds to 30+ degrees 🙃 Im very heat sensitive and sweat a lot on this medication, I can go into a panic attack from feeling overheated (but I love italy) I've bought some migrant patches and considering some kind of electric air fan since the first house we have rented has no aircon.... How do you cope ?
