My family and I are foreigners looking to take a ferry to the elephant caves but I have heard that the water is too rough. How can I get to the caves? Are they still open?

I am here in Mumbai on vacation and I am in need of ADHD medication to function properly as I am studying at the same time. I have already been diagnosed and I can show my doctor a medication that I am currently using. The medication is not working properly anymore and I need to switch. Could anyone recommend me an English speaking doctor who is not shy about prescribing medication? I don't have time to go and sit and get rediagnosed here as I am only here for a couple of weeks but I absolutely need to continue my studying.
