Im 35 and I’m an admin assistant in midtown east. I currently live in Elmhurst and love my commute, so I want to keep my commute to 25-30 minutes on a good day. My MAX budget is $1600 but prefer lower 😬 I’m looking for a May 31st or June 1st move in with women over 30. A big bedroom with a decent closet. I can’t do tiny rooms anymore 😩I’m easygoing and laidback. I’m looking to live with preferably one person. I’m looking to live with someone who’s clean but not super obsessive about it. I’m not a super social person but I want to live with someone who’s okay with occasionally having friends come to hang out and host family/friends. I want to have a friendly roommate relationship with the person I live with, a good sense of interior style. I’m hoping to get back into cooking and experimenting in the kitchen so someone who’s okay with kitchen use would be good. Prefers not to live with smokers, heavy alcohol drinkers or drugs users.

I’m 35 and Congolese American. I’m a Christian, and that’s a big part of my life, so I’d love to find roommates who are cool with that.

I work near Rockefeller center and currently live in Elmhurst. I’m looking for a new spot for a June 1st move-in. Looking for a commute within 25–40 mins from Rockefeller center.

The Basics:

• Budget: $1,600 max (the lower the better 😬).

I’ve lived in the Bronx(no more Bronx lol), manhattan and Queens. I haven’t had a chance to live in Brooklyn yet, so I would love to try Brooklyn this time around but it’s not a must for me.

• Space: I need a big bedroom with a decent closet—I’m officially retired from tiny rooms!!!😩

About Me & My Ideal Roommate:

I’m easygoing and laid-back, and I’d love to live with one other woman (30+). I’ve done the multiple roommates but this time around I prefer to live with just one roommate. I’m looking to live with a woman I can be friends with and not just a stranger in the next room. I’m not saying we need to be close or anything like that but I like to have some sort of friendship with the people I live with. So hopefully this is something you would be okay with.

I’d love to live with someone who’s clean but not super obsessive about it. Friendly and fun to be around. Good sense of interior style. I’m not a super social person but I want live with someone who’s okay with a place where you can invite friends to come hang out and maybe host dinners, host family or a friend for a few days.
