My first doc appointmt is tomorrow -- anything I should know?

Hi. I signed up for my first appointment which is tomorrow night. Filled out all the forms. Both nervous and excited.

In the past six or so years, I've put on a lot of weight. I was diagnosed with lupus and the fatigue and joint pain have been really difficult to deal with and have made my lifestyle much more sedentary. The damage to my joints, especially knees, also has made it painful to move and walk and exercise. I had one knee replaced last July and it was a very successful surgery, although it's likely I'll now need the other one done soon.

Anyone else out there diagnosed with lupus? I've heard that GLPs can help reduce inflammation and wondering if anyone has seen improvement in their blood results after starting them. Would also appreciate any tips for getting started. Thanks!

Hi! I'm working on my best friend's genealogy and am having trouble finding information about her great-grandfather, Hugh (possibly middle name Fitzhugh) McGuire, born in Ireland abt 1850. I pulled up a cite to an obituary dated 12/31/1903 in Ancestry but don't have a subscription. I'd really appreciate it!
