I (25F) have problems with my new boyfriend (25M) in bed

We started dating back in February and when things got intimate it was a little hard for me since it had been a long time without sex and his dick is on the bigger side. We had sex twice with a condom.
1st time: he didn’t came because he was being very cautious about not hurting me since it was more painful than pleasant for me.
2nd time: He came because I was getting more used to his size so he could go a little harder.

Fast forward to May we’re now in a relationship so condoms are out of the equation.
We’ve had sex three times now and he’s not lasting more than 20 min at best. All three times I haven’t come even once. I’m always very close when he tells me he is coming so I’m always left hanging.

Our relationship is still very new and I really care about him so I don’t know how to approach this, or how to help him if there’s even a way?

Am I overreacting?

For context I’m au pairing in Germany where the law allows 30 hours a week. The parents left the country for 4 days.
My schedule was supposed to be:
Thursday 2 hours in the morning and then after school the whole night until Friday at 8 am when they were supposed to go to school.
Off time Friday after 8 am until Sunday noon (the grandma was taking them)
One of the kids woke up sick on Thursday so stayed home all day Thursday and Friday and didn’t go to grandma’s house.
What was supposed to be 1 overnight turned out to be 4 days of 24 hours work where I’m the only adult in the house.
The parents during a call said that it’s no big deal because the kid is independent since she’s 10 years old so I don’t have to spend all the time engaging in activities (which is true) she’s reading and watching TV.
But I do feel like it’s a big deal. When I counted the hours, it added up to 94 hours this week. They already gave me one week off without counting it as vacation time — should that be enough compensation? I just feel so overwhelmed right now with the amount of hours spent alone with a sick kid.
