Hey everyone - I bought this leather jacket on Vinted. It's for lovely shapes to it. However, it's label has fallen off. Could anyone help me or advise me on what brand it is, if it is from a brand. A lovely Late Neolithic keeled/ discoidal core, sometimes called a tortoise core. Known for its boat-like appearance.

On the opposite side of the flat surface, there is a technique going on similar to that of Levallois techniques. You can see the start of a form being shaped. They were often used to make arrowhead or blade blanks. I wonder what this one was intended to be.

Owned by the blues musician Victor Brox, and you can see his initials on the core itself!
