We are having repair work done on our radiators by House of Heat (great experience so far) and they found the section of flooring under one of our radiators is rotted out and will need to be replaced.

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to replace a ~2.5’ x 1’ section of hardwood flooring? Not sure if it would be too small of a job for a flooring company so open to handymen (handywomen/handypeople).

If this isn’t allowed please feel free to delete but my wife is in OA and is just starting an in-person meeting in Oak Park, IL just outside of Chicago.

The first meeting is this Thursday at 5:30 PM and she is super nervous. She’s been abstinent for over a year and I’m SO proud of her!

Not sure if this is allowed so feel free to delete. I’m looking for recommendations for a unique scenario.

I own a condo in OP and moved in this past winter. It is an old building with plaster walls that are cracked behind one of my radiators.

I’m looking for someone who can remove the radiator, repair the wall, then reinstall the radiator with a new valve.

The association recommended a handyman some have used but I’ve contacted him three times over the past month and he still hasn’t provided a quote, I think he’s busy.
